Join our dynamic team as a Telesales Executive in our call centre, conveniently located near the city centre of Wolverhampton. Our contact centre is the heartbeat of our business, dedicated to supporting our customers through various engaging campaigns.

 As a Telesales Executive, you will play a crucial role in conducting both inbound and outbound calls, engaging with our esteemed clients to provide assistance and explore potential compensation on a variety of claims. This dynamic role requires a combination of effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a keen understanding of our products and services.

Job Duties:

Key Responsibilities: 

·         Inbound and Outbound Calls: Conduct both inbound and outbound calls to engage with existing and prospective clients, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction 

·         Customer Assistance: Assist clients in understanding their entitlement to compensation on various claims, providing comprehensive information and guidance

·         Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions and benefits to potential customers

·         Campaign Support: Contribute actively to the success of engaging campaigns, meeting set targets and objectives through persuasive communication and customer relationship management

·         Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, ensuring all relevant information is documented in accordance with company policies

·         Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and team members to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment

·         Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for personal and professional development, staying informed about industry trends and updates to enhance performance in the role
