Your Claim Matters is a well-established professional claims management company with many years of experience in helping customers to re-claim any money that is rightfully owed to them. Banks and other financial institutions have in the past, routinely mis-sold products such as payment protection insurance (PPI) to people that were either not fully explained to them, or they were simply unaware that these products were automatically added to their loans, mortgages, credit cards and store cards.

In August 2019, the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) imposed a deadline for people to claim back their PPI premiums from their lenders. However, it is still possible for people to challenge their lenders for mis-sold PPI (known as a ‘Plevin’ claim) citing section 140A of the Consumer Credit Act 1974. This means that anyone who missed the PPI deadline or had their original claim for a PPI refund rejected by the lender as not mis-sold, or if they already had a PPI refund which was not a full and final settlement, the good news is that they can still get compensated. We help people to check if they are eligible.

We have also helped many customers to obtain any tax rebates owed for a range of available tax relief including marriage tax allowance, working from home tax allowance and other personal allowances. We have obtained over £5m in rebates from HMRC on behalf of our customers.
